fall bucket list pittsburgh

If you've been following along for awhile now, you know that my seasonal bucket list is sure to pop up just in time for the festivities. It may still be in the '80s here in the Burgh, but my mindset has 100% shifted to all things fall. Without further ado, I present my 2019 Fall Bucket List!

I have to admit that it's about 1/3 the size of my summer bucket list. Fall is short, we can't get too ambitious.

celebrate oktoberfest at penn brewery

I've never celebrated Oktoberfest and I've never been to Penn Brewery. Let's kill two birds with one stone! Check out the details here.

sip some cider at threadbare

I've been eyeing up Threadbare for awhile now, but I still haven't had the chance to check out their cider house. Fall seems like the perfect time to make it happen! Girls, who's in for a brunch date?! Word on the street is they have some amazing brunch pizzas. AND I just happened to notice they're launching a "Fall Spice" cider.

pay a visit to pigeon bagels' new shop

Ugh, bagels. Gotta love them... especially Pigeon Bagels! They just recently opened a storefront in Squirrel Hill this summer and I've been anxiously waiting to get that carb fix. Nothing says cozy like a fresh bagel and a hot coffee!

make a stop at simmons farm

My usual pumpkin patch go-to for the past three years has been Soergel's, but this year I'm going to mix it up and try something new.  Simmons Farm has all of the fun fall activities like apple picking, flower picking, pumpkin patches, and more!

snag one of The Loveliest's epic lattes

Just check their IG. You'll fully understand the reasoning behind this one.

celebrate One year of burghologie!

This October is officially the one year anniversary of Burghologie! I don't know exactly how I plan to celebrate, but there will certainly be a celebration. Stay tuned!

make a trip to mediterra for brunch

I've been dying to pay a visit to Mediterra in Sewickley and I'm determined to make it happen! I have my eye on that french toast and "desconstructed latte"!

hand paint a pumpkin

It's been a couple of years since I've done this, but it's always so much fun and super relaxing. So, I'll definitely be making some time for it this season. Step 1: Pick a few pumpkins. Step 2) Snag some paint. Step 3) Pour a glass of wine (or cider!). Step 4: Let the creativity flow!
